Responsibilities include standardizing multi-tenant platforms, maintaining production systems, resolving complex escalations, leading incident response, improving reliability and cost efficiency, supporting presales and customer advisory engagements, and mentoring engineers. The role requires extensive Dell storage and backup expertise, Azure experience, architecture leadership, and participation in 24/7 managed service operations.

Coordinates RFP, RFI, RFQ, and bid responses from solicitation review through submission. Drive adoption of consumption-based platforms (HPE GreenLake, Dell APEX), oversee platform lifecycle, define DR and resiliency strategies, set SLAs/KPIs, support pre-sales and client executive engagements, and build high-performing architecture and engineering teams to scale managed services delivery.

Lead complex, multi-project enterprise technology programs end-to-end. Own program health, governance, roadmap, financial visibility, risk mitigation, and executive reporting. Align cross-functional teams, mentor project managers, partner with sales/finance/delivery, and ensure programs meet customer objectives, contractual and financial goals while driving operational excellence and stakeholder confidence.
