Lead the full product lifecycle for Tenna's IoT platform: define vision and roadmap, translate concepts into user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize backlog, run acceptance testing, analyze user and quantitative data, drive KPIs and adoption, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success, and support go-to-market and end-user research.

Provide tiered inbound support across phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot Tenna software and hardware; manage HelpScout/JIRA tickets; escalate and collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA and Hardware to resolve issues and identify trends; assist Customer Success and ensure correct provisioning and documentation.

Own and evolve Tenna's production platform: operate and improve AWS-based infrastructure (EKS, RDS/Aurora), lead incident response and RCA, implement IaC (AWS CDK), manage CI/CD (GitHub Actions), monitoring, cost optimization, and documentation to build a platform/developer-experience function.

The Principal Data Engineer will lead data architecture initiatives, design scalable data systems, and oversee data standards across teams while ensuring high-quality data infrastructure and guiding engineering teams.
