The Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations is responsible for delivering analytical insights, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and optimizing revenue processes while collaborating with various departments.

Lead product ownership for Advisor Experience, owning roadmap from discovery to delivery. Build integrations and AI features (Aspen AI, client portal), deliver advisor capacity and transition tools, work with engineering/design/data and external partners, and drive Client Excellence KPIs (Net Revenue Retention, NPS, advisor retention, transition success).

Make daily outbound and inbound sales calls to identify, qualify, and develop prospects; run lead generation campaigns; build trusting client relationships; use Salesforce and email to follow up; collaborate with the inside sales team and deliver exceptional service.

Provide advanced financial planning support to HNW/UHNW clients and advisors: prepare and maintain plans, co-present, coordinate Wealth Solutions deliverables, identify opportunities, and produce thought-leadership and training materials.
