Provides post-implementation support for Sage Intacct clients by troubleshooting application, configuration, process, reporting, and workflow issues. Builds client relationships, advises on best practices, supports system updates and testing, documents resolutions, and coordinates with consultants, implementation teams, development teams, and Sage support. Identifies recurring issues, creates knowledge resources, and recommends process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and system utilization.

Lead development and oversight of AI governance frameworks, policies, controls, and risk/compliance practices. Partner with business, delivery, and technical teams to align governance with project delivery, support SDLC-based project governance, recommend improvements, and communicate governance expectations across the organization.

Provides quoting and implementation support for employee benefits producers and account managers. Responsibilities include preparing medical and ancillary insurance quotes, maintaining data in agency and carrier systems, onboarding new clients, processing carrier installations and Broker of Record changes, creating enrollment materials, responding to client requests, and assisting with administrative tasks, projects, process improvements, quality controls, and compliance procedures.

Serve as a senior finance operator embedded in private equity client engagements. Execute accounting and finance workstreams, improve reporting and close processes, support post-acquisition integration, audit readiness, working capital and cash flow analysis, and prepare client-ready deliverables. Manage assigned workstreams, communicate with Controllers, CFOs, and private equity representatives, participate in client meetings, identify risks, and support engagement leadership in delivering client outcomes.

Lead state and local tax (SALT) M&A engagements including multi-state due diligence, nexus and exposure analysis, tax law interpretation, report writing, engagement management, client advisory on deal structuring, post-close SALT work, and mentoring project teams while developing client relationships.

Lead change management and adoption for AI engagements: develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption metrics. Partner with leaders and project teams, support transitions through implementation, monitor outcomes, and recommend policy and process improvements. Support Agile and Traditional SDLC efforts and use collaboration tools to drive sustained user adoption.

Design and lead end-to-end AI solution architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical designs, evaluate tools/platforms, document architecture standards, coordinate technical teams, and support deployment and ongoing improvements.

Support AI project teams by executing workstreams, preparing client-facing presentations and documentation, assisting implementation activities, maintaining required certifications, using relevant technology, communicating with stakeholders, and traveling as needed for client engagements.

Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence including quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow, net debt, and profitability analyses; develop client-ready deliverables; communicate findings to clients and internal teams; participate in management calls and deal reviews; mentor junior staff and contribute to team culture while supporting transaction decisions on valuation, structure, and key risks.

Provide remote help-desk support to branches and remote users: diagnose and resolve video/phone, access, and connectivity issues; perform password resets; guide users by phone using a knowledge base; document incidents and trends; prioritize and escalate issues; and assist with ad-hoc support tasks.
