The Finance Operations Analyst supports financial processes through system support, automation, reporting, and collaboration with finance and IT teams, driving efficiency and compliance.

Manage vendor relationships and oversee benefits administration accuracy, conduct audits and reconciliations, resolve benefits and leave issues, support FMLA/ADA and 401(k) processes, monitor vendor SLAs, produce compliance reports, and assist annual enrollment and benefits analytics for HR leadership.

Engage and advise Members to identify financial needs, open and manage accounts, process transactions, handle account services and compliance, refer fraud, support digital services, and drive community/business development to grow relationships and product adoption.

Owns the roadmap and backlog for web and mobile digital banking, defines user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizes work, partners with engineering/UX/QA, drives stakeholder alignment, ensures compliance and product metrics, and champions continuous improvement and digital innovation to improve member experience.

Engage members to identify financial needs, open and service deposit and loan accounts, process transactions, provide online/mobile support, ensure regulatory compliance, refer fraud and collections, and pursue community business development.

Design, build, and maintain data warehouse and lake solutions, ETL pipelines, and data models. Optimize performance and ensure data quality, governance, and documentation. Collaborate with analytics, data science, and business stakeholders, implement data virtualization and semantic layer solutions, and participate in on-call operational support.

Engage members to identify financial needs, open and manage deposit accounts, accept and input loans, process transactions and service requests, provide online/mobile support, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve issues, and develop business through referrals and community events.

Support lending and Credit Council with portfolio analytics, reporting, CECL inputs, and credit-risk evaluation. Build and maintain dashboards, validate KPIs, present findings, collaborate with Lending/ERM/Finance/Compliance, and recommend process and underwriting improvements to improve credit decisioning and reporting.

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of mortgage subservicing, manage the third-party subservicer relationship, ensure regulatory and investor compliance, optimize servicing operations and technology, drive performance reporting, and lead cross-functional teams toward potential transition to in-house servicing.

Provide exceptional member service by opening and managing deposit accounts, accepting loans, processing transactions, resolving account issues, and educating members on financial products. Support compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborate with internal partners for member solutions and business development at community events.
