Lead and develop a company-wide QA team, including offshore staff, while setting testing strategy and priorities. Guide full-stack functional, exploratory, integration, regression, performance, and load testing across web, API, desktop, and mobile applications. Review and maintain automation, CI/CD integration, environments, and test data. Investigate complex defects, assess release readiness, communicate risks, and partner with product and engineering teams to improve software quality and team effectiveness.
