Design and deliver complex automated fare collection and mobility solutions across customer, engineering, product, vendor, and system-integrator teams. Translate requirements into architecture diagrams, interface specifications, data flows, and integration designs; lead technical workshops and reviews; manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations; and support implementation, testing, certification, deployment, and production transition. The role also contributes to customer support, technical impact assessments, proposals, demonstrations, and pre-sales activities.
