Administer and maintain hybrid infrastructure including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Nutanix, Azure/AWS, backup/disaster recovery, and endpoint management. Monitor performance, implement security controls, support incident/change management, provide Tier II/III escalation, create documentation, assist with automation and on-call/after-hours support, and collaborate with engineering, security, and service desk teams to ensure availability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Manage and nurture the marketing lead funnel to qualify prospects, run demand generation campaigns (emails, content, social, ads), engage leads via phone/email, generate sales-ready meetings, maintain CRM records, develop lists, write campaign content, collaborate with sales, and perform related administrative tasks.

Act as a strategic partner to Revenue Operations by analyzing performance, building executive dashboards and reports, improving CRM data quality and governance, supporting forecasting and pipeline management, and designing scalable processes and automations to increase efficiency and revenue visibility.
