Design, develop, test, and deliver control algorithms and software for autonomous mobile robots performing navigation, localization, manipulation, and case handling. Collaborate with robotics, software, product, and engineering teams; troubleshoot production issues; improve reliability, testability, and system performance; and support successful customer deployments.

Designs, implements, and runs software tests for autonomous mobile robot drive and pick-and-place capabilities. Develops simulation-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop testing, integration tests, and scalable testing frameworks. Uses Python, Bash, data-log parsing, and analysis to validate robot behavior and performance. Collaborates with developers, performs system-level debugging and root-cause analysis, and troubleshoots hardware and software issues in production and design environments.

Design and develop real-time perception software for automated forklifts and loading dock systems. Lead technical efforts, troubleshoot system-level performance issues, define requirements and roadmaps, mentor engineers, and engage customer stakeholders on technical scope and KPIs. Work across perception, controls, architecture, CI/CD, and planning while delivering reliable robotic systems into production.
