Own strategy and growth of relationships with Technology Solutions Distributors (TSDs). Build scalable enablement, incentives, and sales motions for CCaaS/UCaaS. Drive partner-led pipeline, forecast accuracy, and revenue while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. Measure KPIs, provide executive updates, and monitor market/competitor dynamics.

The Global Sales Enablement Manager will develop training programs, enhance sales productivity, and ensure effective product launches, collaborating with various teams to meet business objectives.
