Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for carrier partners, manage and grow enterprise relationships, identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities, align stakeholders, analyze account performance using Excel and Looker, coordinate with product/marketing/engineering, provide executive updates, and mentor other account managers.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for data science and ML initiatives; translate business problems into ML use cases; partner with data scientists, engineers, and platform teams to deliver, monitor, and continuously improve models; define success metrics, prioritize experiments, and ensure responsible data use.

Lead and optimize performance marketing across affiliate programs, media networks, and emerging platforms. Design experiments, run A/B tests, manage budgets and forecasts, partner with creative to refine assets, and report performance and learnings to stakeholders to drive scalable CAC/LTV improvements.
