Interface with Engineering and Helpdesk, communicate technical resolutions to non-technical stakeholders, and learn and apply JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, SQL and AI toolsets to improve platform reliability.

Build, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement features, troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, and adopt modern web practices and AI toolsets.

The Compensation Manager will manage compensation programs, provide strategic business support, partner with HR, and utilize data analytics for effective compensation solutions.
