Build a risk-based compliance framework, manage regulatory engagement (SEC, FINRA, FinCEN, OFAC), oversee AML/BSA accountability, ensure regulatory reporting, embed a progressive compliance culture, own AI compliance for US products, align with Group compliance, and recruit and develop the US compliance team.
