Manages national employee benefits clients by maintaining relationships, resolving issues, answering benefits questions, supporting compliance reviews, and coordinating client meetings. Oversees carrier and vendor implementations, reviews plan documents, develops employee communications, delivers benefits education, and tracks client action items. Partners internally to meet deadlines, maintain accurate workflows, and oversee assigned Account Coordinator activities.

Manages insurance claims strategy, client relationships, claim resolutions, coverage expertise, presentations, carrier and TPA relationships, and claim-related projects. Supports onboarding and staff development, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, participates in insurance seminars, and uses claims and insurance technology platforms. The role requires extensive claims experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and moderate travel.

Manages energy-sector insurance claims from strategy through resolution, advocating for clients and communicating with carriers, TPAs, legal resources, and consultants. Builds client and industry relationships, participates in presentations, claim reviews, renewals, and RFPs, and supports claim staff onboarding and development. Requires strong claims, coverage, negotiation, communication, mathematical, and problem-solving expertise, along with knowledge of oil and gas, renewables, or power generation.
