Maintains accurate revenue-related records, assists with SOX compliance and internal controls, and collaborates with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations. Uses advanced Excel, AI, automation, and ERP tools to improve accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Own Kaseya’s cross-portfolio platform narrative and marketing strategy for strategic and enterprise accounts. Lead positioning, ROI proof points, competitive intelligence, account-based marketing, executive presentations, analyst relations, events, and external thought leadership. Translate market insights into product, pricing, and packaging recommendations while building a small team and influencing product, sales, communications, and demand-generation partners.

Leads Kaseya’s market and competitive intelligence function, covering competitor analysis, market sizing, customer segmentation, Voice of Customer, win/loss research, marketing effectiveness, and predictive analytics. Advises executives and go-to-market teams on positioning, pricing, sales strategy, customer behavior, and growth opportunities. Builds intelligence programs, embeds insights into sales enablement, partners on AI-enabled retention models, and hires and develops a team of analysts and researchers.

Leads Kaseya’s global events program management function, overseeing portfolio strategy, governance, planning, budgets, vendors, technology, reporting, and cross-functional execution. Manages flagship conferences, regional events, executive programs, customer and partner events, and sales kickoffs. Builds scalable operating standards, leads event program managers, coordinates global stakeholders, tracks KPIs and ROI, and ensures programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact.

Owns Kaseya’s global paid media strategy, budget, measurement, and performance across search, social, programmatic, video, syndication, and emerging channels. Builds the paid media function, processes, playbooks, reporting, and attribution framework from the ground up. Leads a team, manages agencies and vendors, optimizes campaigns and spend, drives pipeline and revenue efficiency, and presents investment recommendations to executives.

Own the roadmap and delivery of product pricing, fulfillment, provisioning, entitlement, usage, and overage capabilities across Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, and integrated platforms. Lead Lead-to-Cash requirements, Agile backlog management, cross-functional delivery, governance, process improvement, and transformation from legacy systems to scalable future-state architecture.

Owns the design, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement of finance and corporate services processes, including record-to-report, tax, procure-to-pay, supply chain, hardware fulfillment, HR operations, and sales compensation. Facilitates cross-functional workshops, translates future-state processes into system requirements, partners with technical delivery teams, manages change and adoption, and defines performance metrics. The role also maintains capability models and shared process-boundary agreements.

Owns end-to-end commercial and customer lifecycle process design across product, marketing, sales, revenue operations, and customer success. Facilitates process mapping, capability decomposition, requirements definition, governance, change management, enablement, adoption, and performance measurement. Partners with business and technology leaders through system delivery and testing, with particular ownership of pricing, packaging, deal desk, discount governance, CPQ, new product introduction, SKU governance, onboarding, renewals, expansion, and churn processes.
