The GNC Engineer III will design and implement control systems for launch vehicles, develop flight software, perform testing, and mentor junior engineers.

As a Spacecraft Systems Engineer, you will oversee the development of spacecraft, manage requirements and interfaces, and ensure successful mission execution through design reviews and test planning.

Develop and deliver composite pressurized primary structures for launch vehicles across the product lifecycle: conceptual design, structural layout, sizing, CAD and manufacturing drawings, FEA analysis, mass optimization, prototype/qualification testing, and cross-discipline integration and configuration control.

Design, analyze, develop, and qualify flight-critical moving mechanical assemblies (separation, deployment, release systems). Own CAD and drawings, perform FEA and hand calculations, define and execute qualification/acceptance tests, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams to deliver producible, flight-ready hardware. Mentor junior engineers and document designs to industry standards.

Design, analyze, and operate launch vehicle GNC systems: develop and validate GNC and simulation software, perform 6DOF dynamics and stability analyses, tune attitude control and state estimation, run HIL tests, support launch operations and post-flight analysis, integrate with hardware, and author technical documentation.

Perform trajectory planning, state estimation, maneuver design, and Monte Carlo analysis for LEO and cislunar missions. Develop flight dynamics software, model high-fidelity spacecraft dynamics, build data pipelines and visualization tools, validate models via V&V and testing, support real-time operations, and author technical documentation.
