Design and analyze ruggedized electronics packaging, electro-mechanical assemblies, and test fixtures for launch vehicles. Perform thermal, modal, and vibration analyses; develop CAD models, drawings, and documentation; support environmental test campaigns and collaborate with PCB and integration teams.

Design, develop, test, and integrate embedded flight firmware for microcontrollers/microprocessors in bare-metal or RTOS environments. Implement low-level drivers and communication protocols, collaborate with hardware teams to debug interactions, optimize for power/performance, participate in code reviews, and validate system-level behavior. Optionally support FPGA integration or custom embedded Linux builds.

Lead vehicle-level architecture and interdisciplinary optimization for spacecraft programs. Serve as primary technical authority across lifecycle, conduct system trades, manage mass/power/data budgets and technical risk, chair design reviews, support operations and anomaly resolution, mentor engineering staff, and coordinate across Production, QA, Program Management, and customers.
