Provide Tier 1 technical support for PreVeil’s encrypted email and file-sharing platform. Responsibilities include managing customer tickets, resolving account setup and configuration issues, conducting onboarding and training sessions, documenting troubleshooting steps, escalating complex issues, and updating knowledge-base articles. The role requires strong communication, customer service, organization, and familiarity with Windows, macOS, email clients, Zoom, and support ticketing systems.

The Senior Account Executive will manage high-volume SaaS sales, build relationships with enterprise clients, and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Lead cross-platform product design for enterprise users and admins: translate complex systems into intuitive experiences, own and scale a unified design system, run user research, produce end-to-end deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, specs), and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering.
