Manage a portfolio of 15–25 customers, owning renewals, retention, upsells, customer health, account planning, and revenue growth. Serve as a trusted product advisor, lead business reviews, provide data-driven insights, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor CSMs. The role requires senior stakeholder engagement, quota-carrying experience, CRM forecasting, project management, and occasional travel while working remotely during Eastern Time hours.

Own a portfolio of program clients, driving onboarding, activation, engagement, adoption, retention, and renewals. Provide 1:1 strategic advising, develop data-driven success plans, deliver webinars, advocate nonprofit needs internally, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to improve outcomes.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and delivery for a core marketplace area, collaborating with engineering, UX, and design. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, run agile sprints, measure results with analytics, and pioneer AI/ML product features and workflows to improve user experience and platform impact.
