This role involves ensuring the reliability and performance of ClickHouse's cloud infrastructure, collaborating with engineering teams, incident management, and driving continuous improvement in service availability.

Design, build, and operate a scalable, highly available cloud-native infrastructure for ClickHouse Cloud. Lead optimization initiatives across compute, storage, and networking, automate cloud resource management, collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders, and deliver cost-efficient, secure distributed systems and tooling for a global SaaS platform.

Design, build, and operate ClickHouse Cloud's authentication, authorization, and audit platform. Implement token issuance, RBAC/ReBAC models, SAML/SCIM/OIDC/OAuth2/MFA flows, SDKs and APIs, telemetry for access decisions, and migrate product-specific auth into a unified platform while owning on-call reliability.

The QA Engineer will enhance test automation frameworks, ensure smooth deployment of features, and evaluate ClickHouse's functionality while collaborating across teams.

Serve as the operational counterpart to FP&A within Revenue Operations: manage annual planning, headcount and expense tracking, comp plan modeling and execution, forecast roll-ups, territory and quota analysis, maintain analytics/dashboards and data quality, and support month-end close, commissions accruals, and revenue reporting.

Provide consultative engineering and high-tier support to enterprise customers: design, architecture, integration, implementation, performance testing, migrations, and hands-on troubleshooting. Handle L1-L3 support, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Sales, produce documentation and benchmarks, mentor hires, and support on-call and regional onsite needs (up to 35% travel).

Own production systems and on-call duties, collaborate with partner platforms and internal teams, write design docs, and set technical defaults for a growing team.

Contribute to and optimize the performance of ClickHouse, assist with debugging, collaborate with teams, and engage with the open-source community.

Lead design and implementation of advanced systems features for Postgres, focusing on performance optimization and scalability. Mentor engineers and drive architectural direction for large-scale database systems.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will maintain and develop data connectors, enhance data integrations, and improve developer experience within the ClickHouse data ecosystem.
