Supports partner, direct, inside, and wholesale sales channels by generating product and service quotes and proposals. Obtains vendor pricing, enters quote opportunities into systems, and sources, designs, and prices network connectivity solutions between customer locations. Collaborates with Sales Engineering to ensure quoted services meet customer requirements. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, numerical ability, computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Designs, implements, certifies, and manages on-premises and cloud-based connectivity and communications solutions. Provides Tier 3 technical support for SD-WAN, networking, VoIP, and related products; troubleshoots complex customer and partner issues; tests hardware and software; performs user acceptance and API testing; and develops documentation, training, and engineering handoff materials. Collaborates with customers, vendors, sales, product, engineering, project managers, and support leadership.

Prospect, present, and sell enterprise connectivity, cloud, security, UCaaS, CCaaS, and network solutions to existing business customers. Manage key accounts, retain and grow revenue, cross-sell services, develop consultative solutions, respond to RFPs, negotiate contracts, and collaborate through implementation. Maintain customer relationships, forecast sales activity, and advise executive-level clients on technology solutions that improve efficiency and security.

Manage partner onboarding and ongoing enablement; deliver instructor-led and virtual sales, product, and CX training; develop instructional content and learning resources; partner with Product, Sales, CX, and Channel teams to identify gaps and measure training effectiveness.

Drive new and existing client relationships, build qualified sales pipelines, prepare presentations and proposals, meet monthly sales quotas, use CRM to track activity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored connectivity solutions.

Sell Fusion Connect enterprise services to existing customers by prospecting, cross-selling, and managing key accounts. Use consultative selling to tailor cloud, security, and network solutions, respond to RFPs, build business cases, forecast sales, and collaborate with internal teams through implementation.

Sell enterprise technology solutions by prospecting, presenting, and closing B2B accounts. Develop tailored UCaaS/CCaaS and Microsoft-based solutions, respond to RFPs, manage sales forecasting, collaborate through implementation, mentor junior AEs, and maintain CRM records while building executive-level client relationships.

Lead and grow Fusion Connects channel agent network to meet regional revenue targets. Recruit, train, and manage agents; forecast and analyze sales; coordinate quoting, pricing, and proposals; maintain customer relationships; perform business reviews and account planning; resolve escalations and ensure partner compliance. Travel to partner sites for training and coaching as needed.

Own and grow client relationships by developing account plans, prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering proposals and presentations, closing deals to meet monthly quotas, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with internal teams. May lead or help develop other account executives.

Build and grow channel relationships with VARs, SIs, MSPs, distributors and SaaS providers to drive joint GTM activity, generate pipeline, develop partner technical practices, manage partner performance and KPIs, and coordinate across sales, professional services, marketing, and support to deliver revenue.
