Owns the technical product backlog and prioritizes features, defects, technical debt, and improvements. Requires financial services experience, advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and familiarity with portfolio accounting or management systems, preferably Orion and Salesforce. Manages employee relations cases from intake through resolution, including workplace investigations, performance and conduct guidance, conflict resolution, policy application, and employment compliance. Coaches leaders on corrective actions, terminations, accommodations, and organizational changes. Develop and execute marketing strategies for 8–10 advisor teams across email, social, websites, campaigns, and events. Partner with advisors and marketing stakeholders, coordinate creative and compliance approvals, manage vendors, analyze Salesforce data, track campaign performance, and provide optimization insights. The role also trains advisors, develops scalable marketing resources, supports growth initiatives, and uses AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and service quality.

Executes and optimizes marketing automation campaigns across email, direct mail, and SMS using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Builds journeys, audiences, landing pages, forms, segmentation, performance reports, and A/B tests. Troubleshoots platform issues, improves engagement plans and KPI performance, and collaborates with paid media and integrated marketing teams. The role also supports AI-enabled workflow improvements and may grow into Marketing Cloud personalization projects.

Identifies and qualifies prospective wealth management clients through high-volume outbound calls and emails, screens prospects, and schedules appointments for financial advisors. Communicates the firm’s value proposition, records prospect interactions and opportunities in Salesforce, manages advisor assignments, and maintains knowledge of financial services, market trends, and regulatory requirements. The role is fully remote within the continental United States and includes base pay, performance-based compensation, benefits, and optional overtime.
