The Business Development Representative qualifies leads for The RealReal, nurturing them through communication and educating clients on consignment processes and expectations.

Lead pricing operations for C&I and residential deals: own intake and resolution of non-standard pricing requests, coordinate Sales/Finance/Legal/Operations, improve pricing infrastructure, capture deal knowledge, and manage a two-person team while providing C&I solar and O&M market expertise.

Lead and grow a mid-market commercial sales team as a player/coach: carry quota, close new business, coach AEs, own pipeline health and forecasting, run deal reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale the commercial motion.

Manage onboarding of members into credit and verification programs, coordinate training and account setup, serve as primary contact for MeridianLink and LOLA, enforce service engagement rules and SLAs, analyze customer feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Manage and coach a small SDR team while personally booking qualified meetings with IT and executive buyers. Drive activity, call and meeting quality, prioritize accounts/contacts, partner with marketing and revenue leadership on list strategy, review call performance, track SDR metrics, and onboard new SDRs to create predictable pipeline.

Serve as Sentral's internal Yardi platform expert: triage and resolve Yardi support tickets, train users, manage user access and departments, configure new assets and marketing, build custom reports, and execute property decommissioning. Act as primary liaison with Yardi vendor support and collaborate with transitions, operations, and finance to ensure accurate platform operation across the portfolio.

Lead Freestar's post-sales Customer Success organization to drive expansion revenue and yield optimization, reduce churn through technical service excellence, manage senior leaders, align cross-functional teams, and act as executive escalation for high-stakes publisher relationships while traveling to meet enterprise publishers.

Support product and privacy legal work by documenting product functionality, maintaining compliance records, managing privacy documents (DPAs, notices), coordinating cross-functional legal workflows, assisting attorneys with research on privacy and marketing laws, piloting AI/legal tech, and improving process and recordkeeping across jurisdictions.
