Drive renewals and subscription growth within the installed base through outbound calls and emails to customers and channel partners. Use installed-base data and reporting to identify expansion opportunities, liaise between customers, partners, and regional sales teams, document initiatives, and support lifecycle management and revenue growth.

Partner with business leaders to discover, prioritize, and design AI and automation solutions. Elicit and document functional, non-functional, and data requirements; create user stories and acceptance criteria; oversee implementation, UAT, and adoption; ensure governance, responsible AI practices, and measurable value realization while optimizing processes and driving change management.

Lead omni-channel media strategy and buying across paid social, programmatic display, video/CTV and audio. Own campaign planning, creative strategy, execution, optimization, measurement and budget forecasting. Partner with analytics, BI and finance to maintain dashboards, attribution, tracking, and present performance insights to leadership. Manage agency and media partner relationships and scale influencer and new-format creative tests to drive acquisition and revenue.

Manage product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for the Net-Rx suite. Conduct market and VoC research, prioritize features, work with engineering via Agile/Jira, perform UAT, monitor platform operations and pricing data, coordinate GTM, train staff, and apply LTC pharmacy domain expertise to ensure regulatory compliance and financial performance.

Lead the Foodservice & On-Premise partnership with Coke Florida to deliver annual volume and revenue plans. Develop and execute FSOP strategies, oversee field execution, promotions, merchandising, distribution, and performance analysis. Build bottler and customer relationships, drive beverage incidence and profitability, provide opportunity assessments and competitive analysis, lead joint business planning, and partner cross-functionally to ensure aligned execution. Role requires regional travel and capability building for field teams.
