Lead end-to-end HRIS platform migration: plan and execute discovery, data migration, configuration, testing, cutover and hypercare. Coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, manage risks, drive change management, training, and stakeholder communications to ensure a successful go-live.

Own and execute demand strategy for a program area: build integrated multi-channel programs, run experiments, optimize campaigns, manage budgets and vendors, align cross-functional teams, and report on pipeline and revenue impact.

Lead and scale North American revenue by managing and developing enterprise sales teams, closing strategic partnerships across agencies and brands, building pipeline across YouTube, CTV and retail video, and partnering cross-functionally to translate market feedback into product and go-to-market strategies.

Lead delivery and oversight of internal and client projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion.
