Senior operator reporting to the CEO and overseeing business functions to scale the company. Oversee global resource planning and allocation across client portfolios, balancing employees and contractors against delivery needs. Lead capacity discussions, resolve conflicts, monitor utilization and forecasts, manage contractor onboarding and compliance, track spend, maintain Kantata data, improve forecasting and time-tracking processes, and drive adoption of operational tools. Build partnerships across delivery, creative, strategy, finance, and operations while mentoring colleagues and supporting workforce operations improvements.

Support B2B lead generation through secondary research to identify target companies and decision-makers, build and maintain a segmented prospect database, support outreach campaigns, ensure CRM discipline and data accuracy, and report findings while receiving mentoring.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales across North America, from outbound prospecting and discovery through technical validation, negotiation, and closing. Maintain order, purchasing, billing, invoicing, shipment, and freight-cost records in Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books, while reconciling vendor and forwarder invoices for accurate accounts payable and margin analysis.

Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, discovery, prioritization, prototyping, delivery, launch, and post-launch adoption. Conduct user and market research, use AI tools for synthesis and experimentation, collaborate with Design and Engineering, manage backlogs, define metrics, and communicate product direction across stakeholders.

Design and productionize ML models and agentic systems for intraday financial alpha generation. Build data pipelines, experiment frameworks, and portfolio optimization methods. Collaborate with quants and engineers to move models from research to live trading environments.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Oversee’s leisure travel business, from prospecting through closing. Build relationships with OTAs, agencies, tour operators, and vacation providers; develop pipeline; identify target segments and use cases; refine positioning and sales strategy; lead complex stakeholder processes; and partner with Product and Engineering to convert market insights into a repeatable leisure sales motion.
