The role requires strong reporting, writing, news judgment, social media expertise, ethical journalism, and flexibility for travel and nontraditional hours.

Manage regional AV sales across Germany, Austria, and Benelux by developing partner and customer relationships, identifying opportunities, conducting account visits, meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, maintaining Zoho CRM records, and coordinating with customer support and technical sales teams. The role requires AV sales experience, fluent English and German, residence in Germany or the Netherlands, and frequent travel for customer engagements.

Provide first-line technical support for US customers, triage and reproduce reported issues, document complete cases for engineering, resolve routine problems using Zendesk automation, knowledge-base resources and AI tools, and improve documentation.
