Responsibilities include defining comprehensive case spaces, identifying silent failures, reviewing implementations, creating test data, building regression tests, quantifying defects, and communicating evidence-based fixes. The role requires strong Python and SQL, statistical literacy, product judgment, and experience testing data-heavy systems. Autonomous vehicles, robotics, ML evaluation, ClickHouse, A/B testing, and annotation experience are preferred.

Supports product validation and maintenance-release testing under supervision. Executes test scenarios, identifies and reports product defects, tracks defects through resolution, and provides technical support to internal customers. Completes assigned projects, estimates task timelines, learns department tools and procedures, participates in ISO training, and attends required training classes.

Operations Leader Trainees complete a 12–18 month rotational development program covering warehouse operations, customer service, management, business systems, and leadership. The role includes job shadowing, tailored training, mentorship, process coaching, senior-leadership exposure, and a capstone project. Trainees build operational, team leadership, communication, and customer-partnership skills while preparing for future operations leadership opportunities. Relocation may be required after program completion.
