Part-time (Mon–Wed) Growth Specialist responsible for hands-on paid user acquisition across app and web. Own budget allocation, build and optimize campaigns, test creative and store pages, maintain tracking (UTMs, pixels, deeplinks, SKAdNetwork), compare platform and analytics data, run experiments, and report weekly/monthly performance with clear recommendations.

Lead strategy and execution for Lending Originations products to improve applicant experience and new-loan conversion. Develop and govern reference architectures, perform architecture reviews, drive remediation, and define security standards for identity, network segmentation, data protection, monitoring, CI/CD, and AI platforms. Partner with engineering teams, support incident response and audits, and ensure secure integration of acquisitions and research/AI workloads.

Design, implement, and manage corporate security controls across identity, endpoints, network, and data. Lead IAM/SSO/MFA, EDR/MDM, email/DLP, vulnerability management, vendor risk assessments, phishing simulations, and incident investigations. Support compliance, audits, pen-tests/red-team remediation, and security culture through training and cross-functional collaboration.

Senior technical authority for security architecture, engineering design, and enterprise risk mitigation. Designs, implements, and configures security solutions across firewalls, endpoints, monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, and forensics. Leads tactical implementation, performs assessments, product evaluations, project support, and supports the Information Security program and strategic objectives.

Own product positioning, messaging, and launches for an AI-native service desk. Partner with product, sales, and engineering to create sales enablement, content, and campaigns that drive adoption and growth. Develop customer and market insights, shape brand voice, and execute demand generation and product education to ensure market understanding and sales success.

Lead design and delivery of scalable production data pipelines and data products (Spark/Python/SQL) on Databricks; integrate diverse federal health systems, define reusable ingestion patterns, ensure data quality/governance, mentor engineers, and troubleshoot/optimize production workflows.

Lead technical incident response efforts: support SentinelOne EDR deployment/troubleshooting, forensic collections, infrastructure recovery, backup validation, and remediation. Serve as escalation point, mentor staff, document findings, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and contribute technical details to strategic plans.
