Leads the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical training for Operations teams. Manages onboarding, continuing education, documentation, skills assessments, LMS administration, learning paths, and performance measurement. Leads Technical Trainers and Writers, manages workloads and priorities, and partners with technical and business stakeholders. The role also supports continuous improvement through operational data, Agile practices, responsible generative AI use, and occasional maintenance of PHP-based training or operational applications.

The Mover is responsible for preparing, packing, and ensuring safe transportation of customers' valuables, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Support accounts payable and project cost accounting for prevailing-wage projects: process vendor invoices, maintain vendor and payroll compliance records, assist with certified payroll and Davis-Bacon documentation, perform reconciliations, prepare journal entries, support month-end close, and assist accounts receivable and general accounting tasks.

Own renewal base analytics, multi-year forecasting, renewal targets, quota inputs, and bookings classification policy within GTM FP&A. Partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, IT, and Salesforce engineering to resolve data issues, operationalize business rules, connect recurring-revenue metrics to enterprise financial plans, and support annual planning, reforecasting, scenario analysis, and board reporting.

Lead design, development, integration, and test of RF and microwave subsystems for radar, EW, aerospace, and defense. Architect RF subsystems, run system-level simulations and trade studies, drive prototyping and hands-on testing, mentor junior engineers, collaborate cross-functionally and with customers, support proposals and product roadmaps, and act as a technical expert for RF solutions.

Own the transition from design to production for complex mechanical machines. Interface with suppliers, review drawings and BOMs, ensure production readiness, oversee on-site assembly and integration, develop production documentation and tracking, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and support qualification and acceptance testing to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.

Provide administrative and executive support to leadership while managing office operations, onboarding, vendor relations, mail and shipping, basic IT and A/V troubleshooting, and company events. Maintain professional office aesthetics and handle ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth daily operations and strong workplace culture.

Provide clerical and administrative support to attorneys and casehandlers: maintain client files, create new case files, prepare standard pleadings, schedule hearings/depositions, notarize documents, manage trust accounts, handle mail/phone, maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinate calendars, assist clients and attorneys, and perform other secretarial duties as assigned.
