Provide broad in-house legal support for North America: advise on payments, banking, consumer regulation, contracts, product launches, partnerships, licensing, and corporate matters; draft and negotiate agreements; manage legal risk and templates; collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues.

Lead North America second-line regulatory compliance monitoring oversight, build scalable data- and AI-enabled monitoring frameworks, define standards for 1LOD monitoring, partner with Analytics and Product to create recurring workflows and dashboards, review outputs for exceptions and risks, ensure escalation and remediation, and produce reporting for leadership and exam readiness.

Lead privacy implementation and regulatory change for North America and LATAM. Partner with product, engineering, legal and risk to design privacy-forward products, advise on partnerships and licensing (including OCC), oversee regional compliance, audits, DPIAs, incident handling, and support AI governance and expansion into new jurisdictions.
