As the VP of Marketing, you will lead all online and offline marketing and strategy for Favor. You will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing and external communications strategy that supports business growth and builds brand equity. You will manage large budgets, operationalize approaches to measuring customer lifetime value, collaborate with partners, lead a marketing team, and work closely with the leadership team to refine the marketing roadmap and vision.
