Partner with engineering, design, support, and business stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable payroll experiences, drive data-informed decisions, engage customers for feedback, and explore AI-enabled automation to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.

Design, build, and operate scalable, secure AWS infrastructure and platform components (Kubernetes/EKS, CI/CD, Cloudflare). Improve observability, reliability (SLIs/SLOs), automation, and incident response while mentoring engineers and reducing operational toil.
