The Integration Lead Engineer at YETI will oversee design and execution of enterprise integrations, provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and ensure compliance with standards, all while supporting operational excellence.

Lead and manage end-to-end Accounts Payable for the U.S. and Canada, overseeing a team of four. Ensure timely, accurate invoice processing, weekly payment runs, reconciliations, month-end close items, 1099 reporting, and vendor issue resolution. Own Concur, T&E and corporate card programs, maintain internal controls and SOX compliance, and drive AP process and system improvements in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Lead global inbound ocean transportation operations, manage carriers and freight forwarders, optimize transportation costs and capacity, and deliver freight financial reporting and forecasts. Partner cross-functionally to mitigate risks, improve transit performance, implement TMS and analytics improvements, and drive continuous improvement. Build and develop a logistics team and standardize KPIs to improve visibility, ETA accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Lead enterprise data, analytics, MDM, and integration strategy. Modernize cloud-native data platforms, manage data warehouse and API-first integration platforms, build/lead data engineering teams, enforce governance and data quality, enable analytics/AI/ML, and manage vendor relationships and managed services.

Lead global customization technology strategy, roadmap, and delivery for YETI. Own product portfolio, platform reliability, vendor relationships, budgets, and Agile delivery. Partner with commerce, operations, manufacturing, and CX to scale personalization, improve operations, and drive innovation. Build and develop a cross-functional team and ensure operational excellence and governance.

Serve as strategic HR advisor to Americas Commercial leaders, driving workforce planning, organizational design, large-scale change initiatives, and leadership development to build scalable, high-performance teams and succession pipelines.

Manage vendor accounts and end-to-end AP processes including invoice processing, approvals, payments, SAP reporting (GRIR, MRBR), issue resolution, cash application, Concur expense administration, month-end close support, compliance/1099 tasks, training AP staff, and driving process improvements.
