Own a book of inbound and outbound SaaS opportunities from first contact to close. Deliver concierge onboarding and consultative sales experiences, run high-velocity and longer sales cycles, generate pipeline through personalized outbound, and surface product feedback to improve onboarding and positioning.

Lead and develop a 6-8 person AE team handling inbound and outbound motions. Coach reps across skill levels, own sales metrics and forecasting, enforce CRM hygiene in HubSpot, raise call quality with Gong and Granola, drive full-lifecycle expansion into existing customers, partner with Enablement/RevOps/Marketing, hire and ramp reps, and apply AI thoughtfully to sales processes.

The Senior Product Designer will lead design for the Manage product area, focusing on creating intuitive, data-rich workflows and interfaces for grant professionals. Responsibilities include user research, designing financial dashboards, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and integrating AI features. Requires 7+ years of product design experience, particularly in B2B SaaS and data-heavy systems, alongside strong Figma skills and exceptional communicator capabilities.
