Lead end-to-end production for game projects, features, and development teams within the Subnautica franchise. Responsibilities include creating roadmaps and schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, overseeing external development partners, reporting progress to leadership, and coaching team members. The role requires senior game development experience, shipped PC or console titles, partner management, project planning, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Own implementation and polish of player-facing UI across platforms: translate wireframes to data-driven widgets, implement responsive animations and interactive behavior, optimize and debug UMG/Blueprints for performance, advise on architecture and workflow, and improve UI pipelines while collaborating with design, art, and engineering.
