Provides clerical and administrative support through data entry, cost and variance analysis, file maintenance, correspondence and report preparation, spreadsheet and presentation updates, and coordination with departments and vendors on facilities issues. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, technology proficiency, reliable transportation, and daily on-site availability. This is a full-time office position with no supervisory responsibilities.
