Manage full account lifecycle for wholesale insurance clients: coordinate submissions, marketing, quoting, binding, renewals, and endorsements; negotiate terms with carriers; maintain documentation; support retention and business growth; liaise with brokers, underwriters, carriers and internal teams; mentor support staff and perform account/market analysis.

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions. Ensure data quality via governance and monitoring. Optimize APIM for data interaction and produce dashboards and visual reports for portfolio and divisions.
