Lead corporate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; deliver analysis and reporting to senior leaders and the Board; partner cross-functionally on KPIs and strategic initiatives; build and manage a high-performing FP&A team and improve systems and processes.

Lead trade promotion management for assigned customers: maintain Blacksmith TPM/TPO, guide sales on promo planning and forecasting, run monthly trade reviews, ensure accurate accruals and deduction resolution, produce Power BI and Excel trade reporting, support annual revenue and trade planning, and maintain system integrity across ERP and TPM systems.
