Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and Enterprise Technology teams to analyze needs, document requirements, and deliver ServiceNow enhancements. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process analysis, stakeholder communication, UAT coordination, project status reporting, change management, business case development, and supporting implementations across the SDLC. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and ServiceNow skills, along with comfort working onsite and managing multiple priorities.

Leads four teams responsible for Applied Epic support, configuration, reporting, releases, and ancillary products. Oversees platform health, incident resolution, change management, vendor relationships, reporting quality, acquisition onboarding, and cross-functional projects. Establishes priorities, processes, documentation, capacity planning, and cross-training while serving as the escalation point for business-impacting issues. Translates business needs into system and process solutions and drives continuous improvement across application operations.

Leads the enterprise ontology for insurance coverage, exposure, underwriting, claims, and loss data. Defines business concepts, schemas, classifications, mappings, lineage, governance standards, and data quality rules. Integrates internal, carrier, IVANS, catastrophe, geospatial, and other third-party data. Partners with underwriting, claims, analytics, technology, governance, product, and regulatory teams to enable trusted reporting, AI, predictive modeling, and operational workflows while maintaining alignment with ACORD and industry requirements.

Supports and enhances the Workday Finance environment through configuration, security administration, issue resolution, integrations monitoring, data governance, testing, upgrades, and process improvement. Partners with Accounting, Finance, and IT stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial close. Creates documentation, supports user acceptance testing, and provides end-user training.

Prepare, validate, reconcile, and deliver monthly and quarterly internal financial reporting. Load general ledger data into Workiva, perform tie-outs and validation, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Financial Systems teams. Support process documentation, continuous improvement, and backup Workday and FloQast recurring processes. Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accurate reporting deliverables.

Support development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. Build and modify forms, business rules, client scripts, workflows, and catalog items. Assist with integrations, upgrades, performance monitoring, documentation, and Agile delivery while collaborating with stakeholders and senior developers.

Manages complex commission calculations, adjustments, clawbacks, crediting, reconciliations, exception handling, and payout approvals. Investigates discrepancies through root-cause analysis, maintains audit documentation, supports SOX controls, and partners on UAT and system configuration fixes. The role also mentors analysts, standardizes quality-control processes, and drives automation and process improvements to improve payout accuracy and reduce cycle time.

Lead administration and configuration of Workday Finance, serve as SME for GL/AP/AR/Fixed Assets/Close, manage an Accounting Systems team, partner with Finance/IT for requirements and integrations, drive automations and upgrades, oversee UAT, documentation, data governance, and continuous improvement of financial systems.

Accountable for Acrisure's Palantir environment: hands-on tenant administration, ingress/egress design, permissions architecture, reusable component catalog, FinOps, governance, security/compliance, and platform-team leadership. Operates, optimizes, and enforces standards while presenting cost/capacity tradeoffs to executives.

Manage day-to-day service and policy maintenance for mid-size to large commercial accounts. Build client relationships, support renewals and retention, collaborate on risk management and proposals, handle claim reporting and carrier oversight, up-sell coverage, coach junior staff, and ensure compliance with licensing and agency procedures.
