Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and the Enterprise Data Hub. Build dealer, consignor, and collection-manager pipelines; negotiate listing agreements; forecast sales; and drive inventory submissions and revenue. Manage seller relationships, conduct performance reviews, optimize vehicle listings, support valuation, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams. Use marketplace data, CRM tools, and industry intelligence to improve acquisition, retention, and seller performance. Travel to auctions, seller visits, and industry events as needed.

Enables software delivery teams through Scrum ceremonies, planning, backlog coaching, dependency and impediment management, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement. Coaches teams and stakeholders on Agile and Lean practices, fosters accountability and psychological safety, and partners with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and IT Portfolio Management. The role supports cross-team collaboration, delivery standards, tooling, and organizational delivery maturity across value streams.
