Lead a team of CFP professionals, coach them in technical and interpersonal financial planning, develop scalable planning frameworks, and serve as the planning authority for a key practice area. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance teams on tools and communications while managing a small client portfolio to pilot initiatives and model best practices.

Lead planner onboarding and enablement across the first 90 days, coordinating setup, training, readiness tracking, and coaching interventions. Facilitate financial planning upskilling, career progression modules, practice drills, and leadership coaching frameworks. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, People, Planning Leadership, IT, and other teams to improve enablement programs. Use AI and modern technology to increase learning and operational efficiency while identifying curriculum gaps and iterating training methods.

Partners with financial planners, monitors trades across custodians, resolves complex inquiries, supports managed account and direct-indexing workflows, and improves trading operations. Provides high-touch, member-facing tax planning and advisory services without preparing tax returns. Leads virtual consultations, answers tax questions, reviews Form 1040s, models Roth conversions and other strategies, researches federal and state tax issues, and collaborates with CFP professionals on holistic financial plans. Advises on real estate, charitable giving, business entities, retirement distributions, and equity compensation.

Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for financial services. Lead launches, analyze consumer insights and competitive intelligence, create marketing and sales enablement content, maintain claims and visual libraries, and collaborate with product, sales, planning, UX, engineering, and marketing teams to drive growth and member engagement.

Lead Facet’s brand and visual direction across marketing, web, campaigns, advertising, email, presentations, and in-product growth experiences. Own and scale the visual design system, develop reusable campaign toolkits, create high-converting responsive web experiences, and establish AI-assisted creative workflows. Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and agencies while influencing creative strategy, presenting design decisions, and ensuring cohesive, accessible, high-quality brand experiences.

Own the end-to-end design of Facet’s internal web tools, leading research, information architecture, workflow design, UI, prototyping, and production delivery. Redesign legacy systems into scalable, intuitive workspaces for financial planners, sales teams, and operations staff. Partner with Product Management and Engineering to improve complex workflows, increase planner capacity, reduce onboarding friction, enable automation adoption, and establish reusable design-system patterns.

As a Lead Financial Planner, you will guide members aged 55+ through retirement planning, manage relationships, and conduct strategy sessions. You will focus on financial life coaching, cash flow management, and complex planning issues while leveraging a supportive tech platform.

Lead and scale the Planning Leadership Team as deputy to the VP, manage capacity and performance across a large planner workforce, coach managers, drive adoption of technology and AI, ensure consistent high-quality member experiences and metric delivery, and translate strategy into organizational action during rapid growth and change.
