Lead design, analysis, and development of autonomous surface vessel hulls, structures, and systems; perform stability, resistance, propulsion, seakeeping and maneuvering analyses; support CAD modeling, testing (model and at-sea), autonomous system integration, design reviews, and technical reporting.

Define, build, and scale supplier quality and supply chain systems. Translate manufacturing and quality needs into scalable software requirements and workflows, evaluate and deploy off-the-shelf tools, partner with engineering to implement internal tools, and build processes for supplier qualification, nonconformance handling, CAPA, and performance management while driving data visibility and continuous improvement.

Lead technical direction for mechanical engineering across perception hardware, marine systems, integration, and structures. Manage and optimize material flow for autonomous surface vessel production and NPI. Forecast demand, maintain ERP/MRP-driven material requirements, drive BOM maturity and change management, mitigate material risks, govern master data, monitor readiness metrics, lead shortage resolution, and ensure DoD compliance for production schedules.

Drive supplier quality and performance for autonomous surface vessel programs by conducting audits, leading supplier development and corrective actions, applying DOE/FMEA/8D and continuous improvement (Six Sigma/Lean), collaborating cross-functionally, qualifying new suppliers, and mitigating supply-chain risks to meet program requirements and standards.

Hands-on internship supporting design, test, and optimization of autonomous surface vessels. Tasks include prototype testing, data acquisition and analysis, sensor integration, power measurement, Arduino/Raspberry Pi work, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams on autonomy algorithms and vehicle subsystems.

Support IT operations by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; perform system maintenance and security patching; track helpdesk tickets; assist on migrations and upgrades; follow security best practices while collaborating with senior IT staff.
