Deploy, integrate, and iterate electromechanical payloads on autonomous maritime platforms. Lead rapid prototyping, perform system bring-up and troubleshooting of power, networking, sensors, and compute subsystems, run dockside and sea trials, interface with suppliers/fabrication shops, and document and train for scalable deployment.

Lead company-wide FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, consolidated reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, executive reporting, scenario and capital allocation analysis, partnering with business leaders and accounting to drive scalable planning and decision-making.

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for autonomous surface vessels. Implement lean principles, collaborate with engineering and suppliers, establish quality controls, perform root-cause analysis, document compliant processes, train production staff, and drive continuous improvement for DoD production.

Operate as the administrative and operational lead for a small R&D Special Programs team: manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and resources; plan prototype builds, field tests, and demonstrations; give high-level technical input; prioritize projects with VP Product and CTO; and represent the team to internal functions, suppliers, and government or commercial customers.

Design user-centered interfaces and end-to-end experiences for autonomous surface vessels. Lead discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation while collaborating with engineering, operations, and DoD stakeholders. Drive product and design strategy, craft high-quality visual and interaction design, communicate design rationale, and balance short-term and long-term product goals within a fast-paced environment.

Lead mechanical integration and packaging of electronics, sensors, and payloads for autonomous surface vessels. Create CAD models and drawings, define mounting and cable routing strategies, ensure manufacturability and serviceability, support prototypes and testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design-for-manufacturing decisions.
