In the Member Experience team, you will provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues, gather feedback, and enhance member experience through effective communication and collaboration with various teams.

Own and operate Base's corporate FP&A: build and maintain an integrated 3-statement model, run consolidation and AOP cycles, forecast G&A and cash, produce investor materials, instrument forecast accuracy, and build AI-enabled tooling and controls to compress planning cadence.

Own content across the full funnel—email, SMS, landing pages, paid/organic creative, onboarding flows, and newsletters—and build lifecycle journeys that educate, nurture, and convert homeowners. Combine conversion-focused copywriting, content strategy, and data-driven testing to increase engagement and conversions while collaborating cross-functionally with design, ops, and sales.

Drive customer acquisition across offline and digital channels: plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, own CPA and conversion metrics, run A/B tests, manage vendors and production, collaborate with design, sales, and product to scale growth as Base expands into new markets.

Design and produce high-quality marketing, sales, print, and digital assets within an established brand system. Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create one-pagers, decks, direct mail, social content, ads, and launch materials. Prepare production-ready files, maintain design systems and reusable templates, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects on tight timelines, and continuously improve workflows and file organization.

Manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and subcontractor consigned inventory for battery deployments: build programs, standardize workflows, coordinate warehouse staging, audit accountability, kickoff new markets, transition processes to automated systems, and define integration requirements with internal systems.

Own financial and process analysis for Deployments Warehousing & Logistics: build KPIs, unit-economics models, and dashboards; partner with Finance on inventory and close; identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements; document market processes; support build-vs-buy and contract analysis.

Build and maintain cost accounting function and systems for manufacturing inventory. Design inventory/BOM/routing processes, enforce US GAAP cost policies, perform variance and root-cause analyses, support month-end close and physical counts, manage inventory valuation/reserves, account for deployed battery systems, resolve discrepancies with operations/supply chain, and educate the business on inventory and costing practices.

Own the UX and design systems for Base's internal tools. Shadow users, conduct research, and design scalable interaction patterns and reusable components. Prototype with AI coding tools, contribute production-ready frontend UI, and collaborate closely with Operations and Engineering to deliver consistent, maintainable internal platforms that enable others to build without heavy designer involvement.

Lead customer acquisition for homebuilder partnerships and new commercial channels: build acquisition playbooks, run growth experiments, manage field marketing reps, collaborate cross-functionally, and use performance data to prioritize and optimize channels to meet clear targets.
