In the Member Experience team, you will provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues, gather feedback, and enhance member experience through effective communication and collaboration with various teams.

Manage Base’s security governance, risk, and compliance program across software, hardware, manufacturing, field operations, and energy infrastructure. Responsibilities include running SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs, collecting evidence, testing controls, coordinating audits, maintaining policies and risk registers, assessing vendors, mapping controls to security frameworks, managing customer security assessments, and delivering security awareness training.

Own the architecture and operation of distributed compute networks across hundreds of sites. Responsibilities include routing, switching, firewalls, fiber and carrier strategy, circuit procurement, overlay networking, BGP, site-to-cloud connectivity, automation, monitoring, segmentation, certificate management, and field support. The role will establish standardized network infrastructure, enable reliable inference traffic, and support site deployments while improving operational scalability.

Supports go-to-market initiatives across marketing, sales, and customer support. Responsibilities include improving customer acquisition, managing customer relationships, analyzing interactions in HubSpot, supporting sales targets, researching target segments, generating outbound leads, and launching inbound marketing campaigns.

The Hardware Sourcing Intern will manage supplier relationships, support product development, create RFPs, negotiate terms, and implement sourcing strategies in hardware manufacturing.

Source assigned parts by running RFQs, comparing supplier quotes, negotiating pricing and terms, building cost models, qualifying suppliers, and tracking supplier cost, delivery, quality, and risk. The intern works cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance while supporting in-house battery manufacturing and second-source qualification.

Accounting Intern supporting month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, bank and credit card activity, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, depreciation schedules, audit and tax support, reporting improvements, documentation, and ad hoc analysis. The role also involves using AI tools to automate repetitive accounting tasks and reconciliations while gaining hands-on experience with accounting processes at a growing energy technology company.

Lead frontend development across Base’s web and mobile customer applications. Set frontend architecture, technical strategy, standards, tooling, and component systems across multiple product surfaces. Own major experiences from concept through launch, collaborate with backend, product, and design teams, and translate complex energy systems into intuitive interfaces. Mentor engineers, influence cross-team technical decisions, improve developer experience, and use analytics and experimentation to enhance the member experience.

Supports the creative team by shooting, editing, and producing video content for product, homeowner, installation, social, paid, and organic channels. Helps develop ideas from loose briefs, contributes to campaigns and productions, organizes footage and creative assets, and uses AI and emerging tools to improve workflows. The role offers hands-on experience in storytelling, visual production, and content creation within a fast-paced startup environment.
