Creates print and digital marketing materials, campaign assets, presentations, sales collateral, event materials, templates, social media graphics, and performance media assets. Collaborates with marketing, communications, and leadership teams, supports photo editing, incorporates AI into creative workflows, and manages multiple fast-moving projects. Animation and video editing support may also be required.

Coordinate day-to-day HR operations including onboarding logistics, HRIS recordkeeping (UKG Pro), project trackers, employee inquiries, cross-functional coordination with Benefits and Payroll, support HR communications, assist with audits/compliance, and identify administrative improvements to keep HR workstreams organized and accurate.

Provide hands-on support for commercial contracting across sales, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations. Draft and redline agreements from templates, manage contract intake/workflows, maintain templates and clause libraries, coordinate approvals and signatures, support RFPs and diligence, assist with litigation support, and liaise with internal teams and outside counsel to keep matters organized and moving.

Provide high‑volume administrative and operational support to the Chief Legal & Policy Officer and Legal & Policy team: calendar and travel management, document preparation, matter and deadline tracking, invoice and engagement coordination, contract and litigation file organization, compliance and government‑affairs support, and maintenance of departmental processes and knowledge systems.

Own and operate HR systems (UKG Pro, BenHub) and benefits integrations (834 EDI). Manage carrier file feeds, troubleshoot errors, perform eligibility reconciliation, support multi-entity integrations, automate manual HR workflows, build reports/dashboards, and liaise with vendors and UKG consultants to drive configuration and resolution.

Own the full benefits function for a growing manufacturing company: administer medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, COBRA, life/AD&D, disability, 401k and executive plans in UKG Pro; manage carrier feeds and billing reconciliation; vendor management and employee support; run open enrollment; maintain compliance, SOPs, and benefits tracking to keep enrollment data clean and audit-ready.
