Provides temporary property management coverage and operational support across affordable housing communities. Responsibilities include leasing, applications, recertifications, collections, inspections, resident accounts, vacant-unit turns, administrative backlogs, property stabilization, employee onboarding, training, and compliance support. The role assesses operational needs, prioritizes work, coordinates with property and maintenance teams, supports residents and applicants, and travels regularly among properties.

Assists the Property Manager with daily property operations, including rent and deposit posting, bank deposits, renewal notices, resident recertifications, background checks, records maintenance, delinquency and eviction notices, reporting, and leasing activities. Manage recruiting activities from requisition intake through candidate selection and offers. Source candidates, coordinate interviews, communicate with applicants and hiring managers, maintain recruiting records in ADP Workforce Now and ATS/HRIS systems, coordinate pre-employment requirements, support onboarding, prepare reports, ensure compliance, and improve recruiting processes. The role is fully in-office with occasional travel to organizational locations and recruiting events.

Provides administrative and accounting support, including processing invoices, setting up vendors, maintaining financial records, coordinating checks and calendars, communicating with vendors, and supporting the CFO, Accounting Manager, and accounting team. The role is fully onsite and includes general office and document-management duties.

Oversee organization-wide procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, purchasing policies, compliance, and Procure-to-Pay system administration. Manage procurement staff, P-card programs, RFPs and negotiations, vendor onboarding, contract documentation, audits, reporting, and staff training. Partner with leadership, Accounting, and IT to improve workflows, controls, automation, and cost-effectiveness while meeting regulatory, grant, and organizational requirements.

Greets residents and visitors, provides customer service, maintains secure building entry, conducts common-area inspections, schedules resident tours, assists with applications, monitors surveillance systems, and handles phone calls. The role requires holiday and inclement-weather coverage, occasional support at other communities, and may involve exposure to bodily fluids with appropriate training and protective equipment.

Administers and supports organization-wide software and data systems, including user access, configurations, integrations, reporting, documentation, vendor coordination, licensing, renewals, training, and data quality. The role supports onboarding and offboarding access, security reviews, system governance, troubleshooting, process improvement, and cross-department workflows. Travel to Austin-area locations and occasional North Texas properties is required, with occasional evening or weekend work for upgrades, incidents, and maintenance.
