Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and operational roles, including sourcing, pipeline development, candidate experience, hiring manager partnership, offer negotiation, and closing. Own and scale Gallatin’s endpoint, identity, SaaS, security, compliance, and office IT systems. Manage end-to-end capture and proposal efforts for federal opportunities (DoD/DoW and civilian agencies). Develop proposal plans, write and edit volumes, run color-team reviews, support capture research and win themes, maintain proposal library, and implement process improvements to scale proposal throughput and win rate.

Travel up to 25% and work with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Legal.

Design and ship interfaces for complex military logistics and AI systems. Conduct user research, prototype rapidly, collaborate with product and engineering teams, develop design systems, participate in design reviews, document specifications, and support product strategy. The role emphasizes human factors, information-dense interfaces, systems thinking, and designing for simulated and physical operational environments.

Lead design, deployment, and operation of AI platforms in critical government spaces, engaging with stakeholders and enhancing solutions.
