Provide administrative and operational support for People Operations: first point of contact for employees, benefits administration, onboarding, file and data management, scheduling interviews, time clock enrollment, tracking performance reviews, assisting recruitment and training activities, and maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Provide daily IT support and ticket resolution for hotel systems and networks, assist guests and staff, lead small IT initiatives, ensure 24/7 operational coverage, and support team engagement and financial performance goals.
