Provide advanced functional consultancy and end-user support for CAPPS steady-state PeopleSoft HCM. Analyze business needs, design functional specs, manage fit/gap analysis, develop and execute test scripts, validate results, support upgrades/disaster recovery, train and provide on-site user support across multiple PeopleSoft HCM modules.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test plans for hardware and software platforms. Enhance automation framework and tooling, perform performance and scalability testing, analyze results, track defects, estimate test effort, and collaborate with developers in scrum teams to improve code quality.

Maintain and support mainframe applications built with Natural, DB2/Adabas and JCL. Monitor and optimize database performance, work with Natural program objects (programs, subprograms, subroutines), and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
